The entire home is surrounded by a balcony that is about 300' long. All perimeter rooms feature floor to ceiling windows. Most of the curtains are motorized and can be opened or closed at the touch of a button.
Speaking of buttons. The lighting throughout the home is a custom low voltage system by "Lite Touch". This light and electrical system is programable and each light switch can be "taught" to turn on/off any lighting fixture or outlet in conjuction with either itself or other fixtures and outlets in the room or even other rooms.
Continuing the tour we head to the north end of the foyer where there is a gallery and entrance to the guest suites. Guest suite number one showcases floor to ceiling glass and plantation shutters that open to 180 degree views of Fort Lauderdale Beach and downtown.
